Simply sign up with your professional email address. Once verified, you can immediately start searching for properties and tracking commission information.
How current is the commission information?
Commission information is updated by the listing agent. You can also request updates directly from listing agents through our platform.
Can I track specific properties?
Yes! When you request a commission update for a property, you will be notified when the commission information is updated.
How do I update commission information for my listings?
You can see all your properties on your dashboard. When viewing one of your properties, click the 'Update Commission' button. You can update both the commission percentage and any specific notes for buyer's agents.
What if I find incorrect information?
If you're the listing agent, you can update the information directly. If you notice incorrect information on another listing, you can request an update from the listing agent through our platform. Or if you've spoken to the listing agent, you can update the information yourself. This is meant to be a collaborative effort.
Can I use Commish View on my mobile device?
